The real exam is open book. RIBO supplies a consolidated reference set inside the exam interface, plus a calculator, a notes area, and question bookmarking. A closed-book simulator does not simulate this exam.
Candidates who sat it report reaching for that reference on two or three questions out of a hundred, and report that search often doesn’t work. So ours is one keystroke away and then completely out of the way — and in exam mode it behaves like the pessimistic case, not the advertised one.
