If you prepare with Onyx Test Prep and do not pass the exam, contact us to make a claim.

How to claim

Email onyxexamprep@gmail.com with your result. A person will review your message and reply. Claims are handled case by case.

No minimum study requirement

There is no minimum number of questions, practice sessions, or exam simulations you must complete to qualify.

Proof and claim window

Send your official exam result showing that you did not pass, the exam date, and the email address used for your purchase. You may redact personal details that are not needed to verify the result. Email your claim within six months after your exam date.

Your refund

An approved claim refunds your Onyx Test Prep access purchase. The remedy is a refund, not extended access. The guarantee covers our product price, not the exam provider’s fee. Refunds return to the original payment method.

These terms do not limit any refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law.

We offer the guarantee because the product should help a prepared candidate walk into the exam with a sound plan. Claims also tell us where the material needs work.
