If you prepare with Onyx Prep and do not pass, write to us. We would rather return your money than keep it for a product that did not do its job.

How to claim

Email onyxexamprep@gmail.com with your result. There is no form and no claim portal — a person reads it and replies. Claims are handled case by case.

What we will ask for

Evidence that you sat the exam and did not pass, and that you actually used the product beforehand. A guarantee that pays out to people who never opened it is not a guarantee, it is a discount.

Still being finalised

The precise qualifying usage, the claim window, and whether a successful claim results in a refund or extended access are not yet settled. We would rather say that than publish numbers we might have to walk back. They will be fixed here before the product goes on sale, and whatever is on this page on the day you buy is what applies to you.

Why we offer it at all

The real risk to this business is not refunds — it is a low-quality product. If the guarantee ever starts costing real money, that is the signal to fix the questions.
