How to claim

Email onyxexamprep@gmail.com with your result. A person will review your message and reply. Claims are handled case by case.

What we will ask for

Evidence that you sat the exam and did not pass, plus confirmation that you used Onyx Prep before the exam.

The precise qualifying usage, the claim window, and whether a successful claim results in a refund or extended access are not yet settled. These terms will be completed before the product goes on sale. The version shown on the day you purchase will apply to you.

Why we offer it at all

We offer the guarantee because the product should help a prepared candidate walk into the exam with a sound plan. Claims also tell us where the material needs work.
